Your completed CEEWS proposals should be submitted HERE. Uploaded attachment may be a Word document or PDF (*.doc, *.docx, or *.pdf) and shall include the following:
- a three-page (maximum) project description,
- a two-page (maximum) biographical sketch of all key personnel,
- a one-page prior EEW experience description, and
- a one-page budget, using the attached form.
Filename of the attachment should follow the format: “_RFP2023_01_”
For example: “Mosalam_RFP2023_01_Evaluation of the California EEW System.pdf” or “Buckle_RFP2023_01.docx”
